How to look after your Poinsettia's
This year we will be having the same poinsettia we had last year, they are an English grower so we are doing our bit for the climate! Also, everyone who had them last year were very pleased, we collect straight from the grower, and they are kept in my house to keep warm.
How to look after your poinsettia: they don’t like to be overwatered, so feel the soil with your fingers if the soil sticks to your fingers the plant is wet enough, when the soil feels dry, take to the sink, fill a bowl with tepid water and stand the plant in it so it can intake the water it needs, for about 15 minutes. Then, place back into its container, NEVER leave stood in water. It will need a light position but out of drafts, NEVER put on a windowsill and draw the curtains round it, not in direct heat.
The trouble is buying from a supermarket, yes, they are cheap, but they get cold in transit and the supermarket does not know how to look after them they are imported.
PLEASE ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHILE STOCKS LAST!
